Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Build
AI-Driven Mortgage Technology
- Develop scalable backend systems & APIs for AI-powered underwriting
- Integrate LLMs & Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAGs) to enhance automation
- Optimize performance, security, and reliability for seamless user experiences
Engineering Leadership & Product Innovation
- Architect new features and ship greenfield AI products
- Collaborate with engineers, product teams & external API integrations
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers & shape engineering culture
DevOps, Cloud & Infrastructure Scaling
- Work with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure system scalability & efficiency for high-volume financial transactions
- Improve database & caching performance with Redis and SQL-like solutions
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of backend development experience with Python or modern languages
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related technical field
