About the Role

Cobblestone Energy is seeking a Remote Recruitment Assistant to support its global talent acquisition efforts. Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates and conduct competitor mapping
• Maintain and update candidate databases
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Participate in interviews and assess candidate fit
• Support recruitment operations and administrative tasks
• Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to improve efficiency

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 12 months of professional experience (any field)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities
