Why Attend the HKS PPLC Conference?
The Public Policy Leadership Conference (PPLC) is a fully funded, four-day event hosted by Harvard Kennedy School to inspire and prepare undergraduates for careers in public service and policy. Participants will engage with faculty, students, and peers to explore graduate education, leadership, and real-world policy challenges.

Eligibility Criteria
To apply, you must:
- Be enrolled in a two- or four-year undergraduate institution in the U.S.
- Be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, DACA recipient, or non-citizen U.S. national
- Have completed at least two academic semesters by October 2025
- Not be graduating in the 2025–2026 academic year
- Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to public service
