Position Details  

•  Role: Care Assistant (Female Only)  
•  Location: Fife Area  
•  Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours) or Part-Time (20 hours)  
•  Salary: £12.21 per hour (Living Wage Employer)  

Note: This position is open to female applicants only, in compliance with Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010, due to the personal care preferences of the individuals supported.

Key Responsibilities  

As a care assistant, you will: 

• Provide personal care (e.g., bathing, dressing) with respect and sensitivity.  
• Offer emotional support and companionship.  
• Promote independence and choice for clients.  
• Support clients during home visits and community activities.  
• Maintain a clean, safe, and homely environment.  
• Communicate with clarity, warmth, and empathy.  
• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families.  

Qualifications  

To qualify for this role, you must: 

•  Have a caring and compassionate nature.  
•  Be passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centered care.  
•  Hold a full UK driving license and have access to a reliable vehicle.  
•  Be flexible to work across various shifts, including weekends.  
•  Be willing to complete mandatory training and registration with the SSSC (Scottish Social Services Council).
