Position Details

Job Title: Customer Service/Call Center Agent
Location: Liverpool, UK
Salary: £11.44 £12.44 per hour
Job Type: Part-Time

Working Hours:

Monday to Sunday, 5 PM-10 PM (weekend availability is mandatory).
Various shift patterns are available, with a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Training Period:

2 weeks of full-time training.
Monday to Friday, 12 PM-8 PM.

Key Responsibilities

As a customer service/call center agent, you'll play an essential role in ensuring clients receive top-notch service and support. Your tasks will include:

Handling incoming calls and emails, offering reassurance to clients who may be anxious or upset.
Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills using your previous call center experience.
Communicating with a warm, welcoming telephone manner, always being personable and courteous.
Providing comprehensive information and solutions with a customer-focused approach.
Displaying empathy and emotional intelligence while managing emotions effectively.
Coordinating customer care in line with company requirements.
Utilizing technology to streamline processes effectively.
Working professionally in high-pressure situations while maintaining focus and attention to detail.
