About the Role

Position Details  

  •  Job Title: Customer Service/Call Center Agent  
  •  Location: Liverpool, UK  
  •  Salary: £11.44  £12.44 per hour  
  •  Job Type: Part-Time  

 

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Sunday, 5 PM–10 PM (weekend availability is mandatory).  
  • Various shift patterns are available, with a minimum of 20 hours per week.  

 

Training Period:

  • 2 weeks of full-time training.  
  • Monday to Friday, 12 PM–8 PM.  

 

Key Responsibilities  

As a customer service/call center agent, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring clients receive top-notch service and support. Your tasks will include: 

  • Handling incoming calls and emails, offering reassurance to clients who may be anxious or upset.  
  • Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills using your previous call center experience.  
  •  Communicating with a warm, welcoming telephone manner, always being personable and courteous.  
  • Providing comprehensive information and solutions with a customer-focused approach.  
  • Displaying empathy and emotional intelligence while managing emotions effectively.  
  • Coordinating customer care in line with company requirements.  
  • Utilizing technology to streamline processes effectively.  
  •  Working professionally in high-pressure situations while maintaining focus and attention to detail.  
  •  Embracing company values: responsibility, excellence, collaboration, agility, integrity, and innovation.
