Position Details

Key Responsibilities  

As a customer service representative, you will: 

  •  Manage client inquiries across multiple channels, including email, live chat, and phone calls.  
  •  Provide individualized solutions by identifying customer needs and resolving issues efficiently.  
  •  Liaise with internal teams for complex inquiries.  
  •  Direct inquiries to relevant departments when required.

Eligibility Requirements

  •  Have prior experience with tools like Intercom, Zendesk, and Atlassian.  
  •  Demonstrate experience in a brokerage/investment company.  
  •  Be fluent in written and spoken English at a professional level.  
  •  Exhibit strong client-focused service skills and understanding of basic technical principles.  
  •  Showcase excellent communication, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.  
  •  Be comfortable working in shifts and multitasking effectively.
