Your Responsibilities as an Early Childhood Teacher

  • Create engaging learning experiences that support children’s development across cognitive, social, emotional, and physical domains
  • Develop individualized learning plans tailored to children’s needs, ensuring an inclusive and nurturing learning environment
  • Use creative teaching methods to foster curiosity, independence, and confidence in young learners
  • Support EYFS curriculum implementation, integrating play-based learning and structured activities
  • Ensure child safety and wellbeing, maintaining a clean, secure, and stimulating classroom
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to enhance children’s developmental outcomes
  • Contribute to the nursery’s growth, assisting in social media engagement and parental outreach

What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking compassionate and innovative educators who are deeply committed to early childhood development.

  • genuine passion for working with young children and shaping their foundational learning years
  • Previous experience working with children under the age of 5 in an educational setting
  • Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum, or experience in a similar early learning program
  • recognized qualification, such as:
    • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
    • A degree assessed by ECCTIS through the early years service
    • Level 3 qualification in Early Years completed in the UK
    • Strong communication skills, with an ability to engage and motivate children through positive interactions
