About the Role
Avua is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate high-impact projects in a fully remote setting. This role is ideal for a proactive, organized leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to contribute to a fast-growing, AIDRiven company.
The Project Manager will be responsible for driving projects from initiation to completion, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring project goals are met on time and within budget.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Utilise project management tools such as Confluence, Basecamp, and ServiceNow for effective project tracking.
- Lead and mentor project teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Conduct requirements gathering and analysis to define project objectives clearly.
- Implement project management software for progress tracking, risk identification, and communication.
- Perform root cause analysis to resolve project issues and support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and IT departments.
- Create visual project workflows using Visio for transparent communication.
- Manage project documentation and ensure adherence to company standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
- Familiarity with Workday or similar tools for resource allocation and tracking.
- Strong communication skills, capable of liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical problem-solving skills and sound decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies for efficient project execution.
