Responsibilities  

As a Customer Service Advisor at Sensée, you'll: 

  • Attend a six-week, fully paid remote training course (weekdays).  
  • Handle back-to-back calls, navigating systems efficiently.  
  • Resolve customer queries while adhering to QA guidelines and KPIs.  
  • Represent award-winning brands with professionalism and exceptional service.  
  • Collaborate with your team to ensure first-call resolution for customers.  

 

Candidate Requirements  

The ideal candidate will have: 

  • Previous experience in a contact center or relevant customer service skills.  
  • A flexible approach to the working week, including availability for evenings and weekends.  
  • Strong IT literacy and adaptability to new systems and processes.  
  • Dedication to the role, with no secondary job commitments.  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  
  • Problem-solving abilities and organizational skills.
