 Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Assistance: Provide product guidance, encourage purchases, and upsell when appropriate. 
  • Product Listings: Ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and up-to-date on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms. 
  • Customer Feedback: Monitor and respond to reviews and ratings, addressing concerns to enhance satisfaction. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse, logistics, and marketing teams to resolve customer concerns. 
  • Problem Resolution: Efficiently handle refunds, returns, and complaints to uphold excellent service standards. 
  • Compliance & Performance: Stay informed of Amazon policies and ensure adherence while optimizing store performance. 
  • Administrative Duties: Accurately maintain order details and customer records in internal systems.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Ecommerce Experience: Prior experience in an online sales role, especially with Amazon UK or similar platforms.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-focused approach. 
  • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and proficiency with tools like Excel, Word, and email platforms. 
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: A calm and effective approach to challenging customer situations. 
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in order processing and data entry. 
  • Team Collaboration: A cooperative spirit for working across departments to improve service quality. 
  • Adaptability: Quick learners who can adjust to new systems and processes, particularly in dynamic e-commerce settings.
