About the Role
Correlation Business Advisory is hiring a Sales & Operations Manager to manage client relationships, customer satisfaction, and drive sales growth. If you have 5+ years of experience in sales, operations, and account management, this is your chance to make a strategic impact while working remotely!
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management – Build & maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Sales Growth & Revenue Optimization – Upsell & cross-sell services to meet/exceed sales targets
- Needs Assessment & Strategic Solutions – Understand client needs & provide tailored business advice
- Account Planning & Monitoring – Track account performance & ensure long-term growth
- Issue Resolution & Customer Support – Quickly address concerns & ensure service excellence
- Industry Knowledge & Product Expertise – Stay updated on trends & competitor insights
- Reporting & Data Analysis – Provide executive-level insights to improve strategies

Qualifications & Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in account management, operations, or sales
- Strong negotiation & problem-solving skills
- Track record of exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools & Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, results-driven, & well-organized
