Are you skilled in data entry and accounting tasks? Infotek Consulting LLC is looking for a Managed Services Data Entry Clerk to support daily accounting operations, work collaboratively within teams, and ensure client deliverables are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Handle accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, timesheet processing, and reconciliations
Work independently and in teams to complete assigned projects
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure accurate record-keeping and timely reporting
Troubleshoot and analyze financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Maintain internal documentation and client-facing user guides
Adapt to learning new skills and modules to enhance productivity
Meet performance-based criteria while ensuring high-quality data management

Ideal Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as an accounting specialist or data entry professional
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work occasional nights and weekends when required
Highly motivated and self-directed work ethic
Familiarity with automated accounting systems

Preferred Experience:

2+ years of experience in automated accounting systems
AS/AA degree in business administration (or equivalent experience)
Ability to obtain certifications in accounting roles within one year of employment
