Position Overview

As a Client Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, coordinating communications, and providing administrative support. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining excellent client relationships while assisting with projects and internal workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Provide efficient phone and email support to clients
Handle data entry, updating confidential records with accuracy
Manage incoming mail, ensuring proper distribution
Prepare reports, quotes, proposals, letters, newsletters, and presentations
Collaborate on agency projects and initiatives
Support client interactions through mails, calls, and electronic correspondence

Qualifications & Requirements

High School Diploma/GED required
Experience in administrative & organizational tasks
Excellent communication skills – written & verbal
Strong attention to detail & problem-solving abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks & manage responsibilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) required
Personal Lines Insurance Producer License (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
