Nairobi Summer School 2025 in Ethiopia (Fully Funded)

Overview  

The Nairobi Summer School on Climate Justice (NSSCJ) is accepting applications for its fully funded 2025 summer program, hosted at Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia. Scheduled from August 17 to August 30, 2025, this 14-day program brings together young leaders from around the globe to address environmental and social justice challenges. The Pan-African Climate Justice Alliance (PACJA) organizes this initiative, which has no application fee and no IELTS requirement.

The program aims to inspire young leaders from Africa and beyond to tackle pressing climate justice issues and promote sustainable solutions in their communities.

 

Eligibility Criteria  

To apply, candidates must: 

  •  Be of any nationality.  
  •  Have an O-level certificate or equivalent.  
  •  Be aged 18–35 at the time of application.  
  •  Be fluent in English, French, or Portuguese.  
  •  Hold a valid passport (non-Ethiopian applicants only).
