Eligibility Criteria  

To qualify for the scholarship, applicants must: 

•  Be domestic or international candidates.  
•  Hold a master’s degree from a recognized university.  
•  Demonstrate English proficiency with one of the following test scores: 
  • TOEFL (minimum 61 IBT).  
  • IELTS (minimum 6.0 overall).  
  • STEP (minimum 85).  

 Note: Applicants with a master’s degree from the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand may be eligible for a waiver of the English test requirement.
