The Government of Romania, through its Ministry of Foreign Affairs, has launched its annual scholarship program for foreign students for the academic year 2025/26. This program presents a unique opportunity for nonEU students to pursue Bachelor's, Master's, and PhD degrees at accredited Romanian higher education institutions.
Scholarship Details:
The Ministry of Education, Higher Education, and Vocational Education of Sri Lanka has issued an advisory for Sri Lankan applicants. While the scholarship is provided by Romania, it is essential for students to verify the recognition of their qualifications from relevant Sri Lankan agencies. These include the University Grants Commission (UGC), Institution of Engineers Sri Lanka (IESL), and Sri Lanka Medical Council (SLMC), where applicable.
