Applications are now open for the ARICE Scholarship Program 2025, a fully funded scholarship aimed at international students pursuing Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD degrees at state-authorized universities in Romania. This program, generously funded by the Romanian Ministry of Education and the Romanian Agency for Investments and Foreign Trade (ARICE), is part of Romania’s commitment to fostering linguistic diversity and cultural exchange.

  •  Be nationals of non-EU and non-EFTA states.  
  •  Citizens of Romania and those holding permanent residency permits in Romania are not eligible.  
  •  Eligible candidates include those who have applied for protection in Romania.

  •  Letter of Recommendation  
  •  Declaration ofBenefit (Annex 3)
