Role Overview
TEKsystems is hiring a Remote Call Center Representative to support Kwikset, a leader in smart lock technology. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers needing help with installation, troubleshooting, or product information—sometimes in urgent lockout situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle high volumes of inbound calls and emails
- Guide customers through technical solutions and product features
- Document interactions and resolutions accurately
- Evaluate product issues and determine next steps
- Collaborate with team members and escalate complex cases
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency (35+ WPM typing speed)
- Self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn technical details
- Bilingual in Spanish or French is a plus
Bonus Experience:
- 1+ year in call center or product support
- Background in hardware, home improvement, or tech support
- Mechanical or technical troubleshooting skills
