Role Overview

TEKsystems is hiring a Remote Call Center Representative to support Kwikset, a leader in smart lock technology. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers needing help with installation, troubleshooting, or product information—sometimes in urgent lockout situations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle high volumes of inbound calls and emails
  • Guide customers through technical solutions and product features
  • Document interactions and resolutions accurately
  • Evaluate product issues and determine next steps
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate complex cases

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (35+ WPM typing speed)
  • Self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn technical details
  • Bilingual in Spanish or French is a plus

Bonus Experience:

  • 1+ year in call center or product support
  • Background in hardware, home improvement, or tech support
  • Mechanical or technical troubleshooting skills
